1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using sethian.com.br and/or the Sethian mobile app ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Services
Sethian provides free financial calculators and simulators (processed in your browser — no data sent to servers) and a mobile app for personal financial management (local storage with optional cloud sync via account creation).
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using email/password or Google authentication. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, the accuracy of your information, and all activity under your account. Passwords must have at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, reverse-engineer the Platform, use automated systems without permission, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, code, design) is owned by Sethian or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal financial data entered into the Platform.
6. Disclaimer
Calculator and simulator results are estimates for educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Sethian is not liable for decisions made based on calculations, data loss from unsynced local storage, or service interruptions. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
7. Data & Privacy
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. Website calculator data stays in your browser. Mobile app data is stored locally on your device; cloud sync requires account creation. Authentication is managed by Supabase with encrypted password storage.
Important
Without an account, your mobile app data will be lost if the app is uninstalled. Sethian is not responsible for unsynced data loss.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Cloud-synced data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
